eSellerPro has been designed around a central sales order console through which orders and payments are automatically downloaded, matched and listed. The system clearly identifies items where funds have cleared, those pending and those where further investigation is required.

As well as streamlining the processing of straight forward transactions, eSellerPro also helps manage the more complicated ones. This includes uncleared funds such as PayPal cheques, unmatched amounts and non-payments.

Once again from the central console you can interrogate the payment details, review the order and contact the customer for clarification if necessary. eSellerPro even goes one step further, if the item sold on eBay is subsequently left unpaid for, the system can manage the process to reclaim your commission payment from eBay, saving you both time and money.

Sometimes orders are taken or varied following a telephone conversation. eSellerPro caters for this situation, allowing orders to be entered and edited directly within the system.
