Our standard pricing is based on a nominal license and implementation fee plus a monthly support and maintenance charge, based on your usage of the system. Support and maintenance gives you access to our technical and business support teams, as well as ongoing functional enhancements to the system. Alternative models, including elements of pre-payment, are available upon request.
Additional charges apply if hosting is required. Hosting charges will depend upon individual customer circumstances. Back-up and recovery services are available to all customers, including those choosing to host the solution themselves. Standard pricing is based on a daily back-up however the service can be extended to meet your own frequency requirements. Sandbourne Systems also provides comprehensive development and support services, ranging from business consultancy through to bespoke integration and development. These services are provided on a man day rate basis and will be subject to the overall scope of the work required. |
