Online TrainingUsing the Go To Meeting software, delegates have the opportunity to join a short, pre-arranged training session delivered by a dedicated in-house trainer. This could be on a one-to-one basis or with a number of other delegates. Each session will focus on a specific topic of the eSellerPro system. By having this modularised type training, delegates will be able to pick and choose topics to form their own personalised training plan.
Classroom Training
Training delivered at one of our eSellerPro offices in small groups allowing customers to have instructor-led training in a conducive learning environment. Unlike the web based seminars, each training course will concentrate on a collection of topics allowing the delegate to condense their learning time.
Bespoke Onsite TrainingTraining offered at client’s own site the content of which can be customised to meet their specific needs.
eTraining VideosAlongside each of the training delivery options, customers will have access to a variety of short videos that enhance and consolidate any of the training that they have received.
Customer Focused DocumentationIncluding user guides, quick reference guides and interactive wiki.
